Maven Training is in a unique position of having a range of courses which will cover most of the people who may be involved in a given project or programme.

We are keen that delegates leave our courses with thorough understanding of the subject material – and an examination pass for accredited courses! This is why, as well as the standard course materials and presentation, we offer plenty of exercises and examples to bring the courses alive.

Course Materials

We are proud of the high standard of our course materials, which are regularly reviewed and updated. We are always looking at new and innovative ways to bring the subjects we teach to life and make sure we explain the topics as clearly as possible. All course materials are designed to serve as a reference guide long after the delegate has undertaken the study.

Pre and Post-Course Support

Part of our commitment to offer quality and effective training is the comprehensive range of pre and post-course support that can be found on the Maven Training Knowledge Centre.

Pre-course preparation is of utmost importance when attending an intensive exam-based course, but it can sometimes generate confusion and questions that a delegate needs answered before feeling able to move on – we make sure that, at any time before the course, delegates have e-mail access to one of our trainers who can answer questions and keep preparation on track.

Our post-course support consists of downloadable documentation, e-mail advice, frequently asked questions and document review services.

Customer focus

Maven Training’s approach to any assignment is to work very closely with the client – one of our key objectives in undertaking any assignment is to be seen as the training partner rather than a training provider.

They have plenty of real world experience and are very happy to share it during the courses, which helps bring the course and course materials to life. As a training provider we understand the specific requirements expected of a training venue. All our training rooms benefit from natural light, sound proofing and plenty of space. We have worked hard to provide the best possible service, allowing delegates to focus on the learning at hand.
