The game is over and all the players enjoy a well-deserved rest or almost...
It is sometimes necessary to make sure that the agreement is effectively implemented and that each of the parties adheres to the decisions made. Also, there is more involved than consolidation of the results achieved. Negotiation is hard work, it is a game played out on quicksand, requiring you to maintain your balance with flexibility and intelligence.
As such, before considering the negotiating process definitively closed it is important to analyse what has happened and what has been achieved, and what could have been improved upon.
